The hybrid Pilates sequences will have you plank, lunge, pike, jump, and push your body to its limit. Our program covers systems training, manager and operational training and business development. We guide the owner through each step of the process from store build-out, daily workouts and marketing to ongoing support. New Instructor training is 20 hours in-studio over a 4-day period, along with pre and post training support. |
